Our application process

Submit an expression of interest
Email your CV and a short note about the age group and role you are interested in. There is no closing date, and we review expressions of interest as they arrive.

Initial conversation
If your experience matches a current or upcoming role, we will call you for an informal chat about your practice, availability and what you are looking for.

Interview and centre visit
You will meet the Centre Director, walk through the rooms and yard, and spend time with the team you would be joining.

Checks and references
We verify your Working with Children Check, qualifications, First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training, and speak with two professional referees.

Offer and induction
Successful applicants receive a written offer, followed by a full induction covering our philosophy, policies and child safety practices.
