Meet Stephy Stephen: a warm welcome to our team

Introducing Stephy

Knowing who will care for your child is an important part of getting to know an early learning centre. We’re delighted to introduce Stephy Stephen, who is from India and brings warmth, patience and a nurturing approach to caring for babies.

When Rhea, our approved provider, interviewed Stephy, her calm, kind personality and experience with children stood out. Rhea was quick to welcome her to the Little Woods team.

Stephy is set to take on the room leader role in our babies room.

A gentle approach to everyday care

Stephy believes meaningful connections are at the heart of early learning. Her approach centres on taking time to understand each baby’s routines, familiar comforts and unique personality.

Offering comfort and reassurance, as well as sharing moments of discovery, reflects the gentle care she hopes to bring to each day. She is passionate about helping our youngest learners feel safe, loved and settled.

Getting to know your child’s educator

For families, meeting an educator can be an opportunity to share the little things that matter to their baby, from familiar routines to the ways they seek comfort. These conversations can help families and educators get to know one another.

We’re so happy to welcome Stephy to the Little Woods family.
