Little Woods First Families Welcome Offer — Terms and Conditions
Enjoy six weeks of personalised fee savings at Little Woods Early Learning, 61 Arundel Street, Glebe, starting in the third week of your child’s enrolment.
1. Who can receive the offer?
The promotion is available to the first 10 eligible new families enrolling a child aged birth to 6 years whose enrolment and promotional offer are confirmed in writing by Little Woods Early Learning. To qualify, the child must have a minimum of 3 regular booked sessions per week during the promotional period. Places and requested booking days are subject to availability. An enquiry, tour or waitlist registration does not secure the offer.
2. Enrolment and commencement
Your enrolment offer will confirm your child’s commencement date, agreed booked sessions, applicable daily promotional discount and the exact promotional start and end dates.
3. How is the discount calculated?
Little Woods calculates a dollar discount equal to 50% of your estimated daily gap at our standard session fees, before this promotion is applied. The estimated gap is calculated using information available to Little Woods at the time.
4. Promotional period
The discount applies for six consecutive weeks, beginning in the third week after your child’s enrolment commences. Standard applicable fees are payable during the first two weeks.
5. Child Care Subsidy
Any estimated gap amount is indicative only. Actual Child Care Subsidy entitlement is determined by Services Australia and may change depending on household income, activity levels, attendance, family circumstances or other relevant factors. Changes to CCS may affect the family’s actual out-of-pocket cost.
6. Booked sessions
The promotional discount applies only to the eligible child’s agreed regular booked sessions during the six-week promotional period. A minimum of 3 regular booked sessions per week must be maintained throughout the promotional period.
7. Changes to bookings
If the child’s regular booking pattern is reduced to fewer than 3 sessions per week, Little Woods may discontinue the promotional discount from the date the eligibility requirement is no longer met. Changes to booked sessions remain subject to availability and Little Woods’ usual enrolment procedures.
8. Absences and promotional period
The six-week promotional period runs continuously from the confirmed promotional start date and does not automatically pause or extend because of absences, holidays or changes in attendance unless Little Woods agrees otherwise in writing.
9. Changes to circumstances
If a family’s CCS entitlement, booked sessions or other relevant circumstances change, their actual out-of-pocket fee may also change. The promotional discount does not guarantee a fixed final gap fee.
10. Non-transferable
The offer is personal to the eligible family and cannot be transferred to another family, exchanged for cash or redeemed for any other benefit.
11. Other offers
The First Families Welcome Offer cannot be combined with another Little Woods discount or promotional offer unless Little Woods agrees otherwise in writing.
12. Availability and enrolment requirements
Enrolment remains subject to available places, age-group capacity, completion of required enrolment documentation and Little Woods Early Learning’s usual enrolment requirements.
13. Eligibility and calculation checks
Little Woods may verify eligibility before applying the promotion and may correct genuine administrative, eligibility or calculation errors relating to the offer.
14. Promotional value
The promotion has no cash value. Any unused portion of the promotional discount cannot be carried forward, refunded or applied outside the confirmed six-week promotional period.
15. Written confirmation
Participation in the promotion is confirmed only when Little Woods provides the family with written confirmation of their eligibility and promotional dates.
